Bahrain Prince and Royal guard team scaled Mt. Manaslu

The prince of Bahrain and his expedition team of 18 members team has successfully scaled Mt. Lobuche (6119 m) and Manaslu (8163m) one after another. The prince of Bahrain Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al khalifa and his team had reached the Manasu Base camp on Tuesday. Even though the expedition team had already climbed Mt. Lobuche (6119m)on 3rd October 2020 it’s earlier part of the acclimatization before heading to Mt Manaslu. Additionally, prince Al Khalifa has next plan to scale Mt Everest in 2021 and raise Bahrain national flag at the top of the earth’s highest peak, Mt. Everest.

While mountaineering activities were suspended due to COVID-19 in spring 2020 the expedition team of Royal guard of Bahrain made the first scaled to the Himalayas. However, the Nepal government suspended all mountain climbing in spring season 2020. The 18 members of expedition team including 3 three nationalities from the United Kingdom arrived in Kathmandu on 16 September in moring and confirmed climbing permit on 22 September 2020.

Prince Khalifa is the team leader of the Bahrain Royal guard while climbing. According to the team members of Sherpa told that Royal guard of Bahrain prince scaled the top of the Mt. Manaslu at 7: am. The Royal guard team spent until 8 days to digest high altitude before climbing to the summit of mt. Manaslu.

Bahrain national prince Al Khalifa gives thanks to Nepali climbers and feels Nepal as his second home. He climbed Mt Manaslu (26,781 ft) and Lobuche with planning to summit Mt. Everest in 2021. While the Bahrain Royal Prince Khalifa scaled successfully at the top of the Mt.Manaslu raises the flag of his country at the top. Mount Manaslu is the world’s eighth highest mountain in the world.

The trekking company in Nepal with 14 peaks climbers Sherpa team well managed for the Royal Prince Bahrain and his team to climb and Mt. Lobuche and Mt. Manaslu one another. The team members were followed health guidelines Nepal government and safety protocol of COVID-19 pandemic. More than 50 Sherpa climbing team members took part in the expedition.

Nepal is open for mountain climbing since August 2020 and international flight is reopening from mid- August.

Even though, 15 members of Royal Prince of Bahrain tam and 3 British people were already staying in quarantine before they flight Luka for climbing Mt. Lobuche.
