What about meals and drinking water during the Langtang trek?
You will mostly be served Dal Bhat (rice) in Nepali style with vegetable curry, salad, lentils, chutney, and meat. Other food options like Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Italian are also available. For drinking water, it is advisable to bring water purification tablets from Kathmandu, or you can buy bottled water on the trek. Safe drinking water is available in hotels, and you can also buy boiled water.
What about communication during the Langtang trek?
